I launched my commercial real estate career in Toronto in 2013, immersing myself in one of Canada’s most competitive and dynamic markets. Those early years were a masterclass in problem-solving, negotiating high-stakes deals, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside landlords, national tenants, and investors, I learned the importance of staying ahead of trends, anticipating challenges, and navigating even the most complex transactions.

Eventually, with my wife and son in tow, I made the move back to Winnipeg—a return to my roots and a brand-new adventure for my family. Convincing my wife to trade Toronto’s fast-paced lifestyle for the prairies might have been the hardest sale of my career, but I knew it was the right decision. I wanted to be closer to my parents and give them a chance to be more involved with their grandson. My dad, a proud Manitoban and avid hunter and fisherman, had always been deeply connected to this place, and I saw Winnipeg as the perfect environment to raise a family—just as it had been for me.

Here in Winnipeg, I’ve continued to grow my expertise, working on both the brokerage and landlord sides of the table. Over the years, I’ve managed over 5 million square feet of office and industrial space, gaining a unique perspective on the needs and motivations of both property owners and tenants.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend big-market expertise with a deep understanding of Winnipeg’s market dynamics. I know how to bring strategies and insights from a larger stage while keeping them practical and relatable for local clients.

What I enjoy most about my work is building long-term relationships. I’ve had the privilege of helping small business owners secure their first spaces, assisting entrepreneurs as they expand, and working with national tenants to find properties that support their goals. On the other side, I’ve worked with investors to help them secure the right properties for their portfolios. Whether it’s a growing Winnipeg startup or a multi-city investor, I approach every client with the same level of dedication and care.
